Canopy

The / ZOOMS

For years, while I waited, I drew in a notebook all the geometric shapes I wanted to place on my large canvas. Then I enclosed all these shapes within circles, squares and triangles.

My patience

had reached its limit

What I had imagined for so many years absolutely had to take shape and exist, even if the desired scale was not yet within reach.

A World of Colors
Everything is a matter of harmony, feeling and personal connection.

The moment had arrived

I could finally dedicate a corner of my living room to placing the object of my imagination onto a large canvas (210 x 210cm).
I made them in the form of kakemono so they could be transported more easily.

Mounting them on stretchers would have required a suitable vehicle.

Zooms on the Canopy also means a year and a half of work for each piece.

Nothing very complicated, because my goal was to create a festival of colors.
